Thieves @otiotio road Bayelsa state, stole phone's & some money from people

It was noted  that  earlier on this morning some thieves came out from Otiotio road express way G.R.A  & stole some money & phone's from individuals around 6am in the morning, according to eye witnesses the boy's were four,
3 were with cutlasses while 1 was with a gun.....
& they also said they normally come out every Sunday mornings...
& the Bayelsa police can't do anything...
